Anthony Herrington is the Executive Director of Community Engagement and Community Programs for Providence, Central Division. In this capacity, he leads initiatives aimed at promoting culturally competent, patient-centered care and addressing health inequities through strategic community partnerships and innovative programs. Anthony collaborates with both internal and external stakeholders to foster inclusive and equitable outcomes, with a particular emphasis on historically underserved communities.
Before his current role, Anthony served as the Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer for Providence Health and Services in Oregon. Prior to joining Providence, he founded The Herrington Group (THG), a consultancy specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion and professional coaching. Anthony's extensive career includes over three decades of corporate experience at PepsiCo and Nike Inc., where he held key leadership positions across Sales, Supply Chain, and Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. His expertise in operations, strategic planning, and change management has been instrumental in integrating his work within corporate functions and aligning these efforts with overarching business strategies throughout his career.
Committed to community service, Anthony has served on the Board for both POIC and the Geno Morgan Foundation, where he has held positions such as Board Chair and other officer and committee chair roles for over nine years. His volunteer efforts also include service to organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters of Columbia Northwest, the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association, and The First Tee of Greater Portland.

Clarence Bolden is the founder and owner of The Tax Axe LLC, a trusted tax preparation and consulting firm based in Georgia, serving individuals and small businesses since 2017. With over a decade of experience in tax services—including two years at Liberty Tax—Clarence brings seasoned expertise and personalized care to every client relationship.
Before entering the tax field, Clarence spent 27 years in Alaska, where he served as Executive Director of the Fairbanks North Star Borough School District and worked as a labor representative for the National Education Association. His background in leadership and advocacy informs his thoughtful, client-centered approach to tax planning.
Clarence and his wife, Margaret, now reside in the small community of Turin, Georgia. He is an active member of the local government, proudly serving on the Turin City Council. Together, they have two adult children and two grandchildren.
